| Details: |  Almost 4 years ago, Martha walked into my shop and casually mentioned she once owned a yarn shop. And, if I ever needed anything, she'd be happy to help. She offered more than help as she quietly sat and knit her swatches, laughing with us in our successes and messes. As a blessing to me, beautifully designed pieces found their way to my table, quietly folded in a gentle pile. As time passed, her career continued to blossom, making her one of America's top designers. Her patterns consistently show in the most popular pattern pages on Ravelry. Along with the many pattern books she has contributed to, she succeeds in tech editing and test knitting some of the most interesting and unique patterns.
