Wool Journey

Wool Journey will highlight some of the sheep-y travels we've taken. This first volume focuses on Shetland and includes 5 accessory knitting patterns inspired by the yarns, landscapes and knitting traditions of the island, as well as photos and illustrations of our journey.

In the summer of 2013, a group of yarn-loving, knitting-aficionado friends from around the world traveled together to the Shetland Islands in Scotland. Their aim was to explore the knitting culture and traditions of these tiny remote islands in the North Sea.

Join Amber Corcoran and Jaime Jennings of Fancy Tiger Crafts, knitwear designers Ysolda Teague and Stephen West, and Malia Joseph, owner of Amsterdam-based yarn shop Stephen & Penelope, as they descend upon the islands with visions of sheep in their eyes.
